Statistical package was used to analyze the data and the version number 21 and the linear structural relations version 8/54 was used to analyze the social science data. The descriptive indices include mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient. The hypothesized relations were tested by structural equation.
The findings show that social capital has negative structural effect on personnel procrastination. Moreover, there is a meaningful relationship between the variables of social capital and personnel procrastination with standard error of measurement of 05. The relationship between social capital and personnel procrastination of employee was examined through the mediating variable of occupational burnout and the calculated T-value was -2.809, as well as, the standard coefficient was estimated as -0.065 which confirms the existence of a negative relationship. The relationship between occupational burnout and personnel procrastination was investigated according which the T-value was calculated as 5.07 and standard coefficient was estimated as .23 showing that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between these variables. Accordingly, the more is the social capital among the employees of Iran’s police, the less will be the their procrastination and occupational burnout; and to the extent that occupational burnout increases in Iran’s police organization, the personnel procrastination also increases.
